CIVIL ENGINEER (STRUCTURAL)

Job Description:

1. Supervise construction activities ensuring compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
2. Monitor project progress and prepare weekly/monthly progress reports. Ensure quality control through inspections and testing of construction materials.
3. Coordinate with consultants for inspections, approvals, and technical clarifications.
4. Manage subcontractors and ensure timely completion of works.
5. Verify quantities, certify contractor bills, and monitor project costs Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental requirements. Resolve technical issues at site and implement corrective actions.
6. Execution and supervision of RCC and structural steel works.
7. Planning, monitoring, and controlling project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
8. Review and interpretation of structural drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
9. Coordination with consultants, clients, contractors, and statutory authorities.

Job Qualification

1. Education Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

4. Preferred Project Experience on Highway and railway bridges, RCC box culverts, Underpasses, Industrial buildings and equipment foundations, Pile foundations and retaining structures, Heavy infrastructure and structural concrete works
5. Has experience in quantity estimation, billing, and subcontractor management. Has experience in quality assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) as per relevant codes and project specifications.
6. Has knowledge in inspection and testing of concrete, reinforcement, formwork, piles, and structural steel.
7. Knowledge of pile foundations, pile caps, PDA testing, load testing, and geotechnical investigations.
8. Construction methodology development and method statement preparation.
9. Risk assessment and implementation of safe work practices (HSE).
10. Has experience on material planning, procurement coordination, and inventory control.
11. Cost control, productivity monitoring, and resource optimization.

CIVIL PROJECT PLANNING & MONITORING SUPERINTENDENT

Job Description:

1. Preparation and maintenance of detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
2. Project planning from initiation to commissioning, including work breakdown structures (WBS), activity sequencing, resource planning, and baseline schedule development.
3. Monitoring construction progress against approved schedules and identifying critical path activities.
4. Preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and management dashboards.
5. Planning and monitoring of haul road construction, including earthworks, drainage, pavement layers, and maintenance activities.
6. Planning and monitoring of bridge and underpass construction, including piling, foundations, substructure, superstructure, structural steel, concrete works, and finishing works.
7. Planning and coordination of thermal power plant civil works, including site development, foundations, equipment foundations, buildings, cooling water structures, ash handling facilities, and balance-of-plant infrastructure.

CIVIL QC & QA SUPERVISOR

Job Description:

1. Supervise daily QA/QC activities for civil construction works, including earthworks, concrete, structural steel, roads, drainage, foundations, and mine infrastructure
2. Ensure construction complies with approved drawings, specifications, Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), and project quality procedures.
3. Prepare, review, and implement QA/QC documents, including Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements, Quality Control Procedures, Material Inspection Reports, Request for Inspection (RFI), Non-Conformance Reports (NCR)
4. Coordinate inspections with clients, consultants, contractors, and third-party inspectors.
5. Monitor material quality by verifying certificates, laboratory test results, and compliance with project specifications.
6. Witness field and laboratory testing, including Soil compaction tests, Concrete slump tests, Concrete compressive strength tests, Aggregate testing, Reinforcement inspections
7. Identify quality issues and lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive actions (CAPA).
8. Conduct internal quality audits and monitor implementation of corrective actions.
9. Ensure all quality documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained for project turnover.
10. Monitor contractor compliance with quality requirements and project standards.

ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

Job Description:

1. Supervise daily accounting activities, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, and Bank Reconciliation
2. Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded in accordance with PSAK/IFRS and company policies.
3. Review journal entries and account reconciliations before month-end closing.
4. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
5. Monitor mining production costs, operating expenses (OPEX), and capital expenditures (CAPEX).
6. Analyze production cost variances and provide recommendations to improve cost efficiency.

Job Description:

1. Supervise daily coal stockpile, reclaiming, and vessel loading operations.
2. Coordinate vessel berthing, loading schedules, cargo documentation, and departure activities.
3. Monitor loading rates and operational performance to ensure shipment targets are achieved.
4. Oversee the safe operation of conveyors, stackers, reclaimers, ship loaders, weighbridges, and other port equipment.
5. Ensure coal quality specifications are maintained during stockpiling and loading activities.
6. Lead and supervise port operators, supervisors, contractors, and service providers.
7. Conduct daily operational planning meetings and allocate resources effectively
8. Ensure compliance with company Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) requirements.
9. Monitor and report safety incidents, operational disruptions, and equipment failures.
10. Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime and maximize operational availability.
11. Liaise with vessel masters, shipping agents, surveyors, port authorities, and government agencies as required.

3. Monitor loading rates and vessel turnaround time to maximize operational efficiency.
4. Ensure cargo handling equipment and loading facilities are operated safely and efficiently.
5. Coordinate vessel arrival, departure, and berth allocation with shipping agents and port authorities.
6. Monitor stockpile availability and coordinate with Mine Operations and Logistics to ensure uninterrupted loading operations.
7. Ensure accurate cargo quantity verification through draft survey, weighbridge, belt scale, or other approved measurement methods.
8. Inspect jetty facilities, conveyors, ship loaders, hoppers, cranes, mooring systems, and loading equipment.
