CIVIL ENGINEER (STRUCTURAL)
Job Description:
- Supervise construction activities ensuring compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and prepare weekly/monthly progress reports. Ensure quality control through inspections and testing of construction materials.
- Coordinate with consultants for inspections, approvals, and technical clarifications.
- Manage subcontractors and ensure timely completion of works.
- Verify quantities, certify contractor bills, and monitor project costs Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental requirements. Resolve technical issues at site and implement corrective actions.
- Execution and supervision of RCC and structural steel works.

Job Qualification

- Has experience in quantity estimation, billing, and subcontractor management. Has experience in quality assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) as per relevant codes and project specifications.
- Has knowledge in inspection and testing of concrete, reinforcement, formwork, piles, and structural steel.
- Knowledge of pile foundations, pile caps, PDA testing, load testing, and geotechnical investigations.
- Construction methodology development and method statement preparation.
- Risk assessment and implementation of safe work practices (HSE).
- Has experience on material planning, procurement coordination, and inventory control.
- Cost control, productivity monitoring, and resource optimization.
- Familiarity with international standards such as IS, IRC, ASTM, ACI, AASHTO, Eurocodes, or relevant local standards.

CIVIL PROJECT PLANNING & MONITORING SUPERINTENDENT
Job Description:
- Preparation and maintenance of detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
- Project planning from initiation to commissioning, including work breakdown structures (WBS), activity sequencing, resource planning, and baseline schedule development.
- Monitoring construction progress against approved schedules and identifying critical path activities.
- Preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and management dashboards.
- Planning and monitoring of haul road construction, including earthworks, drainage, pavement layers, and maintenance activities.

Job Description:
- Supervise daily QA/QC activities for civil construction works, including earthworks, concrete, structural steel, roads, drainage, foundations, and mine infrastructure
- Ensure construction complies with approved drawings, specifications, Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), and project quality procedures.
- Prepare, review, and implement QA/QC documents, including Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements, Quality Control Procedures, Material Inspection Reports, Request for Inspection (RFI), Non-Conformance Reports (NCR)
- Coordinate inspections with clients, consultants, contractors, and third-party inspectors.
- Monitor material quality by verifying certificates, laboratory test results, and compliance with project specifications.
- Witness field and laboratory testing, including Soil compaction tests, Concrete slump tests, Concrete compressive strength tests, Aggregate testing, Reinforcement inspections
- Identify quality issues and lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Conduct internal quality audits and monitor implementation of corrective actions.
- Ensure all quality documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained for project turnover.

Job Description:

- Supervise daily coal stockpile, reclaiming, and vessel loading operations.
- Coordinate vessel berthing, loading schedules, cargo documentation, and departure activities.
- Monitor loading rates and operational performance to ensure shipment targets are achieved.
- Oversee the safe operation of conveyors, stackers, reclaimers, ship loaders, weighbridges, and other port equipment.
- Ensure coal quality specifications are maintained during stockpiling and loading activities.
- Lead and supervise port operators, supervisors, contractors, and service providers.
- Conduct daily operational planning meetings and allocate resources effectively
- Ensure compliance with company Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) requirements.
- Monitor and report safety incidents, operational disruptions, and equipment failures.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime and maximize operational availability.

- Monitor loading rates and vessel turnaround time to maximize operational efficiency.
- Ensure cargo handling equipment and loading facilities are operated safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate vessel arrival, departure, and berth allocation with shipping agents and port authorities.
- Monitor stockpile availability and coordinate with Mine Operations and Logistics to ensure uninterrupted loading operations.
