AREA SALES SUPERVISOR SAMARINDA

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any field (Mandatory).
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experiences in the related field is required for this position (FMCG Retail).
• Monitoring to Sales Distribution performances of Distributor.
• Maintenance to distributor outlets.
• Monitoring of Promotion program & promotion team.
• Continously reporting to Area Sales Manager & Region Sales Manager.
• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Sales Retail/General or equivalent.
• Placement: Samarinda (Kalimantan Timur).

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Planning and Develop Sales Marketing activity on the coverage area.
• Planning, Develop and Monitoring Sales Force on the coverage area.
• Monitoring Sales & Marketing Program on the coverage area.
• Making Coordination with local Distributor for order estimation, etc.
• Monitoring ready stock availability at marketplace on the coverage area.
• Making Coordination with SPG & Merchandiser Team for raise up selling, etc.
