• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Have an experience in making travel arrangements, GA, and have personality that focuses on hospitality, good initiative & services as well

JOB DESC:

• Manage daily office administration, operational & Travel arrangements
• Supervise administrative staff & ensure smooth workflow
• Coordinate office maintenance, supply & vendor management
• Prepare report, schedules & internal dokumentation
• Handle correspondence, meetings & executive support tasks
