We are currently looking for HR Representative (Maternity Leave), placement: Balikpapan.

HR REPRESENTATIVE (MATERNITY LEAVE)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Domiciled in Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur.
• Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major.
• Proven work experience as an HR in the oil & gas industry for a minimum of 2 years.
• Have experience as a General Affairs.
• Have knowledge related Recruitment and Compensation & Benefits.
• Have experience in managing databases and reports.
• A team player with problem solving and good communication skills.
• Proficient in Ms Office and email.
• Good command in English.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Assist Project Managers with human resources planning and staff allocation. Handle personnel affairs by liaising directly with them.
• Monitor personnel mob/demob, utilization, workload, and overtime hours as per contract requirements.
• Assist with HR processes in Jakarta office, such as payroll administration, compensation and benefit plans, contract preparations, and training.
• Document processes and maintain personnel databases and records.
• Carry out the end-to-end recruitment process as requested by clients.
• Liaise with local authority and/or local Disnaker office for any compliance matters.

Contract Details:
Duration: 3 months (temporary position - maternity leave replacement)
Location: Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur
Working arrangement: Full WFO
