Job Vacancy Sales Support Admin

We are looking for a Sales Support Admin to support our Sales team by managing sales administration and coordinating daily operational activities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, sales/rental agreements, lease contracts, and purchase orders (PO).
• Coordinate with Workshop and Logistics teams regarding equipment delivery and return schedules.
• Review and validate operators' weekly/monthly timesheets for invoicing.
• Respond to customer administrative inquiries and support lease extension requests.
• Monitor outstanding customer payments (Accounts Receivable) and coordinate with the Finance team.
• Prepare sales and equipment utilization reports.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, and data processing).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to be placed in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan
