Sales Assistant (Jakarta)

Responsibility:

  • Demonstrate a safety-first attitude.
  • Issue sales documents, manage schedules, arrange interview dates, and send official offer letters.
  • Collaborate with Procurement to manage and track asset documentation from acquisition to sale.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and maintaining structured sales and asset records.
  • Prepare technical reports and asset documentation for regulatory and auditing compliance.
  • Liaise between Sales, Procurement, and Logistics to ensure seamless unit delivery and data accuracy.

Requirement:

  • Min. D3/S1 in Business, Management, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 2-3 years in Sales Admin/Operations (Heavy Equipment/Automotive/Manufacturing preferred).
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • High attention to detail (contracts/figures), multitasking, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong professional communication and basic-to-intermediate English proficiency.
  • Domiciled in Jakarta.

 

Logistic Officer (Palembang)

Responsibility:

  • Demonstrate a safety-first attitude.
  • Experience in controlling stock inventory material with the objective of maximizing material stocks and ensure complete material and equipment availability.
  • Coordinates overall coverage of the purchasing to meet budget and effective cost.
  • Maintaining and overseeing inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, and delivering items.
  • Communicate with vendor and process purchase order on system.
  • Posting all GRN and MI into system by job number and account correctly.
  • Prepare receipt of issuance and inspection of documentation to track inventory.
  • Dispatching parts to internal and external customer ref to docs and monitor up to end user.
  • Ensuring the highest quality of the work and maximizing productivity of warehouse.
  • Providing documentation for audit purposes.

Requirement:

  • Proven experience as Logistic and inventory in mining and oil and gas industry at least 2 years.
  • Have knowledge in management planning & supply chain, inventory, and warehousing management.
  • Preferably familiar with or have a rental equipment background.
  • Possess Bachelor's Degree in any field (Engineering graduate is a preferred) or Vocational high school (SMK / STM / SMA) graduate with at least 2 years experience in Logistic are welcome to apply.
  • Advance excel, computer and reporting skill.
  • English proficiency is a plus.
  • Possess a valid driving license.
  • Domiciled in Palembang.

 

Part Counter & Sales Admin (Balikpapan)

Responsibility:

  • Demonstrate a safety-first attitude.
  • Identify customer parts requirements using electronic parts catalog systems and handle orders from both vendors and customers.
  • Create and submit parts and services quotations, input pricing on counter invoices, and resolve any invoice-related disputes.
  • Liaise with the logistics and sales departments to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
  • Maintain a complete and accurate database of existing and prospective customers and collect daily call plans from the sales team.
  • Submit weekly reports on time and ensure 100% of all sales and customer transactions are recorded.

Requirement:

  • Min. D3/S1 in Business, Management, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 2-3 years in Sales Admin/Operations (Heavy Equipment/Automotive/Manufacturing preferred).
  • Proficient in Electronic Parts Catalog (EPC) systems.
  • Precision in document collection and inventory control.
  • Proactive contributors to sales meetings and management goals.
  • Domiciled in Balikpapan.

 

AP Staff (Balikpapan)

Responsibility:

  • Review, verify, and process vendor invoices in a timely manner, ensuring all entries are accurate.
  • Ensure that all accounts payable transactions are processed accurately and on time, including vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
  • Reconcile accounts payable balances with vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Monitor and track operational expenses, ensuring all payments align with budgetary guidelines.
  • Assist with the preparation of tax reports, particularly VAT (PPN) and ensure compliance with Indonesia's tax regulations.
  • Maintain and update accounts payable records, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Work closely with other internal teams (e.g., Procurement, Finance) to address payment-related inquiries and ensure smooth financial operations.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable or related positions, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or rental industries.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., ABSS, SAP, QuickBooks) is an advantage.
  • Understanding of Indonesia's tax system, especially VAT (PPN) and withholding tax regulations.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and verbal).
  • High level of accuracy and meticulous in processing financial transactions.
  • Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with vendors and internal teams.
  • Domicile in Balikpapan.
  • Have a valid driving license.
