Asisten I Land Preparation

Malinau, Kalimantan Utara

• Develop schedules and targets for land clearing activities in alignment with the annual work plan.
• Determine priority areas for land clearing based on geographical conditions, topography, and production planning.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure that cleared land meets the established quality standards.
• Assess land readiness for planting based on soil conditions, topography, and the removal of unwanted organic materials.

• Bachelor's degree in Forestry, Agroforestry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in land preparation or forestry operations.
• Strong knowledge of land clearing techniques and environmental regulations.
• Preferably certified in Occupational Health & Safety (K3), heavy equipment management, or GIS.
