What You'll Do:

• Drive sell-out and sell-through performance while overseeing regional strategy, HR, branding, sales programs, and stock management.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with dealers, distributors, and local stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to support marketing, HR, operations, and logistics in the region.
• Provide data-backed strategic input to internal teams and resolve operational challenges swiftly.
• Champion business growth by turning insights into action and targets into achievements.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven track record as a Regional or Area Sales Manager/Supervisor in the smartphone or electronics industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in market and competitor analysis, sales forecasting, and team performance tracking.
• A strategic thinker who's also hands-on and execution-focused.
• Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus).
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Location: Balikpapan, Indonesia.
