PT Nexwave is opening an opportunity to join for the Admin 3rd Party position. This role is responsible for providing technical support and services to users in a professional and responsive manner, particularly in managing site-related documentation and stolen case tracking.

Location: Balikpapan, East Kalimantan

Admin 3rd Party (Balikpapan)

Job Description:

• Tracking Issue Stolen Case.
• Create report STPL.
• Monitoring Site Issue.
• Update data Stolen to Customer.
• Create Permit site escalation if any issue Stolen from site to customer.

Qualifications / Experience:

• Lulusan minimal D3 / S1 sederajat.
• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 (tiga) tahun sebagai admin.
• Dapat mengoperasikan Microsoft Office dengan baik (Excel, Word, etc).
• Bisa membuat slide presentasi.
• Memiliki skill komunikasi yang baik.
• Jujur, Disiplin, dan teliti.
• Bersedia bekerja di bawah tekanan (on time request material 24 hour).
• Penempatan di Balikpapan.
