PT Asuransi Cakrawala Proteksi Indonesia, a company licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK), is looking for professional and dedicated individuals to fill several positions across our Kalimantan branches.

Location: Balikpapan, Palangkaraya, and Banjarmasin

Branch Manager - Balikpapan

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field (Marketing or Marketing Management preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in the General Insurance industry.
• Strong professional network with Banks, Agents, Brokers, and Direct Channels is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Able to work under pressure and committed to achieving targets.
• Loyal, dedicated, and committed to the Company's values.
• Well-groomed and professional in appearance.
• Preferably a local native (Putra/Putri Daerah) of Balikpapan.

Claim Staff - Palangkaraya

Qualifications:

• Male, maximum 30 years old.
• Physically and mentally healthy.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in all majors.
• Preferably having experience in a similar field.
• Able to ride a motorcycle.
• Proficient in operating Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good communication skills and responsible.
• Able to work under pressure and high level of loyalty to the company.
• Honest, detail-oriented, and disciplined.
• Willing to be placed in Palangkaraya.

Marketing Staff - Banjarmasin

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any major (Marketing/Marketing Management is preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in General Insurance Marketing (Fresh graduates welcome to apply).
• Preferably has an extensive professional network across Banks, Direct Clients, and Agents.
• Demonstrates strong passion and interest in the marketing field.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Able to work under pressure and committed to achieving targets.
• High level of loyalty and commitment to the Company.
• Well-groomed and professional appearance.
• Preferably domiciled in Banjarmasin and its surroundings.
