Area Sales Supervisor RTD

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Area Sales Supervisor to join our team in the Pontianak, Makassar & Samarinda area. If you are passionate about sales, team leadership, and executing field marketing strategies, we'd love to connect with you!

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any major
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing distribution channels in an FMCG/Consumer Goods company, preferably in RTD or packaged beverages
• Strong understanding of consumer goods business processes
• Possesses an active database and strong relationships with various distribution channels
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Willing to be placed in Samarinda, Pontianak & Makassar
• Preferably domiciled in Samarinda, Pontianak & Makassar or surrounding areas

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage sales and operational activities in the assigned area to achieve sales and distribution targets
• Provide accurate and timely sales reports and analysis from distributors
• Plan, recommend, and ensure the effective execution of promotional and distribution strategies within the area
• Ensure approved plans are well implemented by the field sales team
• Coordinate with the distributor's sales and marketing teams to maintain and improve sales productivity
• Lead, motivate, and develop the distributor's sales team
• Maintain strong relationships with existing distribution channels and explore opportunities for new ones
