Area New Retail Manager

Aceh, Medan, Riau, Palembang, Lampung, Tangerang, Sukabumi, Jakarta, Jawa Barat, Jawa Tengah, Balikpapan, Makassar & Manado

Requirements:

• College degree or above
• Solid experience in retail industry, especially in area/regional management
• Background in consumer smartphone/electronic is a strong advantage
• Strong project management skills and execution capability
• Proven track record in business development, store expansion, and operations
• Proficient in English for business communication

Responsibilities:

• Store Planning and Expansion: Responsible for planning and expanding stores within the assigned area, working closely with the expansion team to achieve regional store development targets.
• Business Management of Stores: Oversee the operations of all stores (both self-operated and authorized) in the area, set sales plans, drive target achievement, and grow market share.
• Store Operations Management: Ensure the implementation of daily operational standards, follow up on marketing activities, and enhance brand image within the area.
• Team Management: Lead and develop the area team, empower staff, and build a strong talent pipeline.
• Business Communication: Maintain close collaboration with the national new retail platform and foster good relationships with local partners (authorized partners, suppliers, etc.) to support business growth.
