Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in General Affairs or Facility Management.
• Proven experience in Leading Renovation and Relocation Projects.
• Strong project management and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to be based in Balikpapan.

Job Description:

• Lead and manage building renovation and office relocation projects from planning to execution.
• Oversee day-to-day General Affairs operations including asset management, office facilities, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure building safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties for operational needs.
