Responsibilities:

• Track, monitor & update merchant content
• Validate operational data daily
• Support merchant issue resolution
• Report activity results regularly
• Requirement:

Diploma degree or equivalent

• Detail-oriented with admin or field experience preferred
• Excel/Google Sheets skills (IF, VLOOKUP, Pivot, etc.)
• Great at multitasking, time management & communication
• Self-driven, team-friendly, and solution-focused
