Operation Supervisor

Location: Paser

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Engineering, Marine Management, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as Terminal Operation Supervisor, Termina Operation Coordinator, Terminal Maintenance Coordinator, or equivalent role: in fuel logistics for mining areas.
• POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) Certificate is mandatory. Strong knowledge of emergency response planning, procedures, and ensuring ERT (Emergency Response Team) readiness.
• Good understanding with Quality Management Systems, Environmenta Systems, and Terminal Safety Regulations in compliance with applicable industry standards.
• Able to ensure smooth day-to-day terminal operations with minimal custome complaints.
• Experience in training and developing operational staff in accordance the company's Training Manual.
• Excellent in preparing and submitting daily operational reports and related reports accurately and on time.
• Full understanding of and compliance with Company Policies and Procedures Code of Conduct (CoC), HSE programs, and government regulations.
• Able to identify and escalate any SOP deviations or operational abnormalitie: promptly.
• Local candidates are strongly preferred.
