Position: Group Leader - SHE

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Public Health, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in safety operations, industrial hygiene, or environmental management, preferably in the mining industry.
3. Strong knowledge of operational safety practices, hazard identification, risk assessment, incident investigation, and emergency response procedures.
4. Familiar with environmental and safety regulations, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001, and able to conduct audits, inspections, and compliance reporting.
5. Certified in AK3U (Ahli K3 Umum) is preferred.
6. Demonstrated leadership, excellent coordination across departments, and strong public speaking and communication skills.
7. Willing to be placed at our mining site in South Kalimantan.
