Job Qualifications:

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field.
2. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position as Teller or Customer Services, fresh graduates are very welcome to apply.
3. Good communication skills and strong knowledge about banking
4. Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.

Job Descriptions:

1. Providing services to customer related to cash deposit, customer mutations, saving accounts, and others
2. Handling and managing complaints that related to customer
3. Doing cross-selling of banking products
