Supervisor Warehouse (Mining /Spare Parts)

LOGISTIC DEPARTEMENT

Requirements:

• Bachelor (S1) Engineering, Economics, or Finance
• Minimum 5 years as Warehouse Supervisor in the mining sector or heavy equipment spare parts warehouse.
• Accustomed to handling logistics and storage of heavy equipment components, machine parts, and mining project materials.
• Technical Skills Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Able to create stock opname reports, inventory aging, and spare parts needs. SAP / Odoo
• Proficient in using ERP for stock management, purchasing requests (PR), and monitoring goods movement.
• Experienced in goods receipt, stock transfer, issuance to field, and stocktaking processes.
• Understand spare parts codes, lead times, and grouping based on critical levels.
• Leadership Skills: Have strong leadership, able to manage warehouse teams, forklift operators, and Store Keepers
• Accustomed to coordinating with maintenance, procurement, and operational teams on site
