ASISTEN I PPIC

Responsibility:

1. Develop a wood pellet production plan based on estimated market demand, production capacity, and raw material availability, including determining production quantities, production types, and production time schedules.
2. Break down the production plan into a more operational daily or weekly schedule, establishing the process sequence, resource allocation (machinery and labor), and target completation time for each stage.
3. Coordinate with relevant departments (Logistics, Purchasing, Production, etc) to ensure the availability of raw materials, machinery, and labor according to the production schedule. 
4. Evaluate the capacity of production machinery and equipment to identify potential constraints or opportunities for efficiency improvement. 
5. Analyze production data and make periodic reports on production performance, and problems encountered.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, or other relevant majors.
2. Have min. 3 years of experience in PPIC position in manufacturing industry.
3. Understand the principles of inventory management, including calculation of raw material requirements and stock control.
4. Familiar with using ERP System or specialized PPIC software to support work. 
5. Able to operate Ms. Office (especially functions related to data processing and analysis). 
6. Good leadership, communication, coordination, and problem solving skills.
7. Willing to be placed in Malinau, North Kalimantan.

ASISTEN I KTU MILL

Responsibility:

1. Oversee and manage all administrative activities in the mill, including the management of documents, archives, and reports (e.g production data, correspodence, licenses, etc.)
2. Management and maintenance of stationery and mill office facilities.
3. Assist in the preparation of the mill's operational budget and be responsible for controlling expenditure in accordance with the approved budget.
4. Record financial transactions in the mill, e.g. petty cash and make simple financial reports which will be submitted to the head office.
5. Assist in managing mill employee data.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Management, or relevant major. 
2. Have experience in related field for min. 2-3 years especially in manufacturing.
3. Good command of administration principles, document and archive management and financial reporting.
4. Understand the basics of budget management and financial reporting.
5. Proficient in Ms. Office suite and able to process data to create reports.
6. Able to build good working relationships and coordinate effectively with various departments.
7. Willing to be placed in Malinau, North Kalimantan.

ASISTEN I ESG SUSTAINABILITY

Responsibility:

1. Develop a monthly work program for sustainability in the plantation area.
2. Conduct environmental and social risk analysis related to plantation operations.
3. Monitor and evaluate the company's sustainability performance.
4. Develop and update the company's sustainability policies, standards, and targets that align with government regulations, certification standards, and global best practices.
5. Monitor and evaluate the company's ESG performance and identify areas for improvement based on industry-leading practices.
6. Support in organizing ESG training programs and awareness campaigns to enhance employees' understanding of the importance of ESG practices.
7. Prepare monthly reports related to the implementation of sustainability programs..
8. Actively participate in the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Protocol calculation process and flow.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering, Science, Agriculture, Forestry, or relevant major.
2. Have min. 3 years of experience in related field. 
3. Have good analytical skills and can make decisions collaboratively.
4. Able to develop planning strategies.
5. Able to operate Ms. Office and software relevant to the job. 
6. Willing to be placed in Malinau, North Kalimantan.

SUPPLY CHAIN OFFICER

Responsibility:

1. Design and implement supply chain strategies that align with company objectives, including identifying opprtunities for improvement. 
2. Collaborate with the production department to ensure sufficient production capacity for customer demand.
3. Identify, evaluate, and select competitive suppliers for raw materials, components, and other services.
4. Conduct price negotiations as well as discussions about other contracts with suppliers. 
5. Manager the inventory of raw materials, work-in-progress goods, and finished goods. 
6. Communicate with related departments such as production, finance, etc.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a relevant major. 
2. Minimun of 3 years of work experience in Supply Chain in manufacturing industry.
3. Strong understanding of principles and practices in supply chain management. 
4. Proficiency in using SCM, ERP, and Ms. Office Suite software.
5. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
6. Willing to be placed in Malinau, North Kalimantan.
