• Male
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Psychology / HR Management / Law
• Minimum 3 years experience in the same position Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, ppt, etc.)
• Have good analytical skills and innovate
• Have expertise in the field (HR Function, Labor Law, etc.)
• Have a leadership spirit and have the ability to solve problems
• Experienced in handling PERDIN Administration & BPJS Insurance
• Balikpapan Placement
