INDONESIA EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF 

ABOUT THE ROLE 

• Manage all kitchen operations to maximize profitability and to ensure superior 
• Ensure that team members always work in high standard and details to make a product and keeping them in good condition. 
• Coordinate with sous chef to develop and implement creative product to boost outlet revenue Ensure HACCP procedures are followed and clear records are kept at all times. 

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES 

• Sparkling personality, positive attitude and good communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity 
• Strong background in asian and Indonesian cuisine
