• Graduated min D1 in Psychology, Law or Hospitality Management/General 
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Manager role at 4++ star Hotel. 

Skill Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of labor regulations. 
• Able to lead performance management and succession planning efforts. 
• Good Personality & appearance, Excellent Leadership skill with proven, coaching, training and mentoring capabilities.
