Warehouse Operations Staff/Supervisor/ Manager

Key Qualifications: 

• Age: 30-35 years old 
• Minimum 5 years of experience in spare parts warehouse operations (receiving, storage, shipping, inventory management) 
• Forklift driving license (both diesel and battery-operated forklifts) - SIO
• Previous experience in manufacturing, trading, or logistics companies is a plus. 
• Proficient in English communication (both spoken and written). 
• Active, proactive, and solution-oriented candidates only. 
• We are not considering passive or negative applicants, even if they meet the qualifications. 
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred. 
• Computer skills (Excel, SAP) are essential.
• Must be a resident of Balikpapan and owns personal vehicle. 

Benefit: 

• Monthly salary starting from IDR 6 million, or more, depending on experience. 
• During the probation period: Basic salary + overtime + THR (holiday bonus).
