Marketing Specialist

(Balikpapan Based)

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Demonstrate a safety-first attitude.
• Organize and execute marketing events such as expos, customer gatherings, product launches, and other promotional activities.
• Develop and manage marketing materials, including product presentations, merchandise, and promotional content.
• Lead customer engagement programs, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys to assess customer satisfaction.
• Manage company media, including the website, social media platforms, and other digital channels to enhance brand presence.
• Support sales and marketing efforts by handling product photos, content creation, event management, and promotional campaigns.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERTISE

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in marketing within the mining equipment industry is preferred.
• Strong skills in content creation, social media management, and marketing event organization.
• Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies to boost brand exposure.
• Excellent communication, creative thinking, and project management skills.
• Willing to be based in Balikpapan.
