URGENTLY NEEDED

We are looking for a qualified

Senior Administration Sales & Marketing

to join our sales team and help us to achieve our goals. Highly skilled individual is required with the following qualifications:

Job Description:

• Leading in administration, review & check all PO & Quotation made by team admin marketing,
• Control process orders into a system.
• Check invitation tender in SMART GEP application by PERTAMINA,
• Check invitation tender in Proccom application by PHM,
• Maintain good communication to customers to fixes the issues from them.
• Liaise with the Logistic department to ensure timely delivery.
• Stay up to date with the new products.
• Maintaining and updating data vendor in application CIVD, Eproc, and others vendor partner application
• Review, check petty cash all sales & Compiling sales report.
• Support Administration & other filling.

Requirements:

• Minimum S1 graduate with Sales Administration work background or a similar role.
• At least 2 years of working experience supervising Sales Administration. Experience in Oil & Gas Industry is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of customer service best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal skill.
• Advanced knowledge of administrative record keeping.
• Proven ability to build networking skill. 
• Good business sense, possess communication and analytical skills
• Strong driving force, self-motivated, highly motivated to succeed
• High integrity and trustworthy
• Strong understanding of customers and market requirements
• Have many foreign source (principal) & familiar with Electrical, Instrument and mechanical product
• Have a strong Personality & Ability to communicate with people at all levels.
• Fluent in English both written and spoken.
• Proficient in using computer and its program such as MS. Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Access, MS Project, MS Visio, etc.) and other program based on Internet such as Email.
• Analysis skill and report preparation as well as presentation.
