1. Project Manager

   • Minimum 10 years’ experience, though, & high leadership.
   • Operation, engineering, infrastructure, exploration, budgeting, data analyst, safety, site management, communications & managing people.

2. (Senior) Mine Plan Engineer

   • Minimum 8 years’ experience
   • Short to long term plan, operation control/optimization, project scheduling, infrastructure development, budgeting & data analyst.

3. Drill and Blast Engineer

   • Blast design, blast control & data analyst.

4. Coal Geologist

   • Minimum 8 years’ experience
   • Exploration drilling, drilling plan, coal modelling, resources/reserve analysis & data analyst.

5. Pit Geos Engineer

   • Coal model reconciliation, in pit progress control, in pit coal quality control, Geotech assessment, blast monitoring, in pit access assessment & data analyst.

6. (Mining Operation) Data Analyst

   • Database management, analysis tools, software mastering, strong in math & high logic thinking.

7. Explosive Warehouse Supervisor

   • Blast design, blast control, explosives consumptions analysis, blast permits, blast reporting, external coordination, explosive warehouse development & data analyst.

8. Senior Accounting Supervisor (Samarinda)

   • Accounting, taxation, financial management, invoice control, advance & settlement control, purchase control, procurement control, inventory control & software mastering.

9. Operation Supervisor/Foreman

   • Overburden removal, disposal management, road & pit infrastructure development, coal getting control, haul distance optimization, productivity control & improvement, equipment operations mastering, & managing people.

10. HR Supervisor

    • Industrial relations, regulations & policies, recruitment strategy, people development strategy, performance analysis, database management, compensation & benefit policy, agreement preparation & policy, discipline strategy & policy, reporting, external relations support, & data analyst.

11. GA Supervisor/Foreman

    • Site facility management, site services management, civil works & utilities development, transport management, pandemic control, canteen control, reporting, database, administration, & data analyst.

12. (QC) Coal Analyst

    • Analytical methods, mastering to operate laboratory equipment & tools, coal quality & specifications control, coal getting method, stockpile control & management, barging/shipment control & data analyst.

13. (CCP) Conveyorman

    • Conveyor maintain & repair, conveyor reliability control, barging/shipment control & data analyst.
