ENDP is for those with a passion for engineering and a drive for technical excellence while working and learning in the light of Sinarmas' core values. The program accelerates participants' professional and technical development in engineering field through a learning program and a variety of business-critical engineering assignments.

The successful candidate will spend a learning journey in Sinarmas Mining Group as a preparation to be an engineer expertise with prospective career opportunity in our growing business.

Requirements:

• Hold Bachelor Degree (Min. GPA 3) or Master Degree (Min. GPA 3.25) in Engineering majors: Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, Mining Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or in Occupational Health & Safety, Public Health.
• Max. age 27 years by end of Jun 2022.
• Preferably having 2 years work experiences as Geotech Engineer or Short Term Plan Engineer or Mining Engineer or Safety Engineer.
• Fresh graduate engineers with relevant experience and have high genuine interest in engineering field are welcomed to apply.
• High performing talents with self-drive and passion to learn and become a leader.
• Able to quickly adapt to new professional collaborative environments, deal with flexibility, take initiatives, and achieve the goals set up.
• Fluent in English, both speaking & writing.
