Requirement:

• Female/ Male
• Proven work experience as a HR or similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Management or equivalent qualification
• At least 1 years of experience in HR field
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Understand the entire spectrum of HR programs, talent acquisition, industrial relationship, performance management, compensation, basic knowledge of labor law etc
• Maximum 35 years of age.
• People oriented and results driven.
• Have a good leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to be placed in North Kalimantan

ENGINEER MINE PLAN

Requirement :

• Proven work experience as a Mine Plan Engineer or similar role
• Bachelor degree in Mine Engineering or equivalent qualification from reputable university
• Min. 2 years’ experience in Short/Medium/long Term Planning, preferably Coal mine project .
• Having knowledge on block modeling, pit design, pit optimization, and mine scheduling
• Maximum 40 years of age.
• Able to operate 3D Mining Software (preferably Minescape, Surpac,Arcgis, Minesched, Datamine, or Vulcan).
• Hold POP certificates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to be placed in North Kalimantan
