PT Ganda Alam Makmur is a company engaged in coal mining which was established in 2014 located in East Kalimantan. PT Ganda Alam Makmur is currently has experiences in carrying out coal mining with annual production increases to 13 millions tons .

1. Mine Plan Engineer Manager

Requirements:

1. Male, 45 years old
2. Minimum education S1 Mininig Engineering,
3. Minimum 15 years experiences
4. Knowledge of Surpac, Surfer, Minescape, Mapinfo and AutoCad
5. Experiences in planning / mining operations
6. Able to speak English and can operate computer

2. Mine Plan Engineer Superintendent

Requirements:

1. Male, 35 years old
2. Minimum education S1 Mininig Engineering,
3. Minimum 4 years experiences
4. Knowledge of Surpac, Surfer, Minescape, Mapinfo and AutoCad
5. Experiences in planning / mining operations
6. Able to speak English and can operate computer

3. Mine Plan Engineer Supervisor

Requirements:

1. Male, 30 years old
2. Minimum education S1 Mininig Engineering,
3. Minimum 5 years experiences
4. Knowledge of Surpac, Surfer, Minescape, Mapinfo and AutoCad
5. Experiences in planning / mining operations
6. Able to speak English and can operate computer

4. Mine Plan Engineer Foreman

Requirements:

1. Male, 25 years old
2. Minimum education S1 Mininig Engineering,
3. Minimum 2 years experiences
4. Knowledge of Surpac, Surfer, Minescape, Mapinfo and AutoCad
5. Experiences in planning / mining operations
6. Able to speak English and can operate computer

5. Supervisor Operation Minning

Requirements:

1. Male (30-45 Years Old),
2. Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in Mining Enginerering/Geologist
3. Minimum 5 years experience
4. Supervision of work, able to operate heavy equipment, planning and creative problem solving.

Job Description:

1. Make production reports (Weekly, Month, and Years)
2. Planning about  the heavy equipment
3. Understanding and planning about coal.

6. Foreman Maintenance Conveyor

Requirements:

1. Male (25-45 Years Old),
2. Minimum SMA / SMK
3. Minimum 3-5 years experience in conveyor industry,
4. Understand preventive maintenance, predictive and corrective maintenance, understand safety in the conveyor area
5. More preferable east kalimantan domicile
6. Good communication skills.

Job Description:

1. Mastering conveyor operations, conducting convenyor maintenance schedule,
2. Making daily reports and work planning,
3. Controlling and providing materials and tools at work,
4. Checking the attendance list of employee who have become his responsibility.

7. Foreman HR (Comben & Personnel Adm)

Requirements:

1. Female
2. Maximum 30 Years old
3. Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in HR Management, Psychology, or Law.
4. Min.3 Years relevant experiences in Payroll and Personnel Administration.
5. Excellent team building and interpersonal skills.
6. Highly organized & efficient in time management.
7. Good communication skills.
8. Knowledge of expatriate documents will be preferred.
