ICT Operation & Service Staff

Task and responsibilities

  • Depends on qualification, she/he may be assigned as a Junior System Administrator for the following tasks:
  • Perform enterprise ICT infrastructure operation/administration, maintenance, support, and monitoring.
  • Perform daily operation, maintenance, and monitoring for Bayan Data Center (HO Jakarta, Balikpapan and Sites).
  • Perform System Administration, monitoring, maintenance, and provisioning for all server across the board.
  • Perform emergency and alarm rapid response, following support for ICT Infrastructure assigned by NOC
  • Ensuring High Availability (HA) of Virtualization Environment
  • Manage and monitoring Email System (Exchange), Backup System, and Enterprise Storage
  • Perform second level technical support for all users
  • Support planning, design and develop IT Bayan infrastructure
  • Support tools to help teams make the most out of the available infrastructure
  • Perform compliance activities such as ensuring users is conformance with ICT security and standard operational policies given
  • Highly involved in ICT Operation Project (Jakarta and Sites)

Requirement Education and Experience:

  • Candidate must possess at S1 of Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of job experiences
  • Experience in Virtualization Environment (VMware)
  • Good knowledge and hands-on experience on Windows OS (Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019)
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows Client & Servers, Active Directory, Exchange and Office Application, Backup Server, Data Center Equipment
  • Understanding of Basic networking (TCP/IP)
  • Experience in Server Hardware
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with staff, management, and vendors
