Finance & Accounting Staff

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
2. At least 2 Year(s} of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
4. Work location : Berau, East Kalimantan.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assisting in control of all the company’s operations both at branch and controlling budgets for operating expenses and income, investment and overall budget.
2. Job Order-JO & Sales Order verification, create invoice, Tax Invoice and prepare related document.
3. Ensure deliverance of invoice, monitoring payment, conduct collection for AR after coordination with Collection coordinator in Head Office.
4. AR reconciliation and manage aging.
5. Ensure payment from client, payment verification and follow up payment to client.
