HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT (HSE) HEAD (SUBJECT: HSE HEAD)

Job Description

• Develop, manage, and control Corporate’s Integrated Management System based on ISO 9001/14001, OHSAS 18001 & SMK3.
• Managing internal & external audit.
• Implement and coordinate HSE activities.
• Socialization company policy to all department and maintain target company achievement

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Diploma III degree graduates.
• More than 5 years experience in managerial position or related function.
• Excellent understanding for 1SO system, OHSAS, and safety audit process.
• Having POP Certification, POM Certification is preferable.
• Fluent in English & familiar with Ms. Office.
• Proven track of strong leadership & people management.

HUMAN RESOURCES HEAD (SUBJECT: HR HEAD)

Job Description

1. Oversee the daily operation of human resources (recruiting, payroll, employee management and industrial relation).
2. Bridge management and employee relation by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
3. Ensure that the company HR operational policies and process are adhered to and continually improved,
4. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resources management.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree graduates from any major.
2. More than 5 years experience in managerial Position at related function.
3. Having experience in mining industry it preferred.
4. Strong in the recruitment area and demonstrate ability to improve talent acquisition strategies, industrial relation and payroll administration.

EXTERNAL RELATIONS HEAD (SUBJECT: ER HEAD)

This position is responsible for managing, coordinating and implementing good governance in performing the following functions:

1. Government relations (ensuring all licenses are obtained before the grace period ends. ensuring that reporting obligations to the government are carried out and conveyed, fostering and maintaining positive relationships with the relevant government agencies.
2. External relations (coordination, socialization, getting support and cooperation, resolving conflicts and maintaining positive and productive relationships with communities and villages or communities and NGOs.
3. CSR / CD (compiling strategic plans, Managing. monitoring the implementation of the CSR / CD program).
4. Security (mapping and providing strategies for securing operational areas and company assets).

Requirements:

1. Bachelor or Diploma 3 degree graduates.
2. More than 5 years experience in managerial position or related function.
3. Good understanding for Government legal and compliance with mining operation,
4. Good understanding for local community in Kalimantan area.

Job Description

1. Ensuring the availability of operational funds and controlling expenditures based on approved budgets, company policies and Indonesian Accounting Standards.
2. Creating and reviewing budgets.
3. Controlling budgets and expenses.
4. Overseeing accounting processes.
5. Using funds and overseeing tax administration.
6. Manage company’s assets.
7. Providing financial reports.

Job Description

1. Boosting the organization's _ financial performance through the analysis of financial results, forecasts, variances and trends.
2. Assisting in the process of capital budgeting and expenditure planning.
3. Keeping and maintaining accurate an up-to-date technical knowledge of financial instruments or tools, market conditions, and trends.
4. Conducting and comparing analysis and market research in order to support internal financial analysis.
5. Designing and developing several financial models to support valuation. planning. and forecasting.
6. Creating and maintaining models to value potential investment opportunities.
7. Monitoring and reviewing budgets and expenses, and coming up with ways to reduce or reimburse expenses.

Job Description

1. Ensure coal hauling and stockpile achieved as target and procedure.
2. Organize coal hauling and stockpile activity implement with SOP and safety procedure.
3. Monitoring and supervising ROM contractor for unit and manpower planning management.
4. Providing data report coal hauling and stockpile as period basis

Requirements:

1. Bachelor or Diploma II] degree graduates from any major.
2. More than 3 years experience in managerial level at related function.
3. Having experience in mining industry is preferred.
4. Good understanding of coal hauling, ROM Management System, and contractor management system.
5. Good communication skill.
6. Having POP Certification preferred
7. Fluent in English & familiar with Ms. Office
8. Proven track of strong leadership & people management

CFO - COMMERCIAL FINANCIAL OFFICER (SUBJECT: CFO)

Job Description

1. Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team.
2. Providing strategic recommendations and advising on long term business and financial planning to the Director and members of the executive management team
3. Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of ail financial reporting
