HR OPERATION STAFF

(Assignment: Project Site/ Tabang, Kalimantan Timur)

Reguirements:

• Male, with minimal 2 years working experience in this related field.
• Maximum 35 years old.
• Must possess at least a Diploma degree in any field (HR Management Preferabie ).
• Skill(s): Microsoft office, MS excel (advance)
• Having good Knowledge about HR Operation Duty
• Experience in Database, HRIS, Employee Contract, Etc
• Buliding positive working relationship.
• Able to work with system roster.
• Assigment on site ( Tabang, Kalimantan Timur )

Job description:

• Responsible for any administrative task related to Human Resource Operation, Database, Payroll Calculating, Contract Employee, Absence, Roster, MPP Budgeting, Etc.
• Monitoring Contract Employee Duration and site Facilty.
