PT Graha Prima Energi (GPE) is an Indonesian private company established on August 28, 2008. The group of companies began its presence in 1993 by handling a number of projects such as Construction, Land Clearing for oil palm plantations and industrial timber estates (HTI) and equipment leasing heavy equipment. The group from the company in 2005 continued to be involved in coal mining projects. GPE has handled various projects that are spread in Indonesia.

Mine Planner

Job desc :

Reporting to a Senior Mine Engineer, the Open Pit Mine Engineer I or II is responsible for the following:

• The assignment of duties in short-range planning, long-range planning, dump planning, drill and blast engineering, Coal cutting control, road design, dispatch engineering and/or other engineering projects as required within the GPE Mine Engineering group
• Develop and communicate engineering plans, pattern designs, sequences, dumping priorities, etc. to operations and other stakeholders on site and ensure plans are carried out safely and efficiently

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering or related field or equivalent experience required
• Minimum two (2) to five (5) years’ experience in open pit engineering preferred
• Excellent safety behaviour with the ability to demonstrate safety leadership required
• Team leadership, problem solving, and excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Ability to work outside in varied weather conditions for extended periods of time required
• Other duties as assigned

Maintenance Manager

Job Desc.:

• Leading and showing a visible zero harm mindset in all of aspects
• Lead and ensure Preventive Maintenance Schedule and other maintenance programs are well executed and are reviewed on regular basis.
• Plans, develops, and implements new methods and procedures designed to improve operations and equipment reliability, minimize operating costs, and effect greater utilization of  maintenance labour and equipment.
• Prepares maintenance budget, monitors and ensure that expenditure funds are in line within budget
• Regularly review the need of training of employees, ensure all employees have required skill and competency for each position.
• Directly supervises employees in the maintenance Department.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering preferably in Mechanical or Electrical
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience
• Excellent safety behaviour with the ability to demonstrate safety leadership required
• Team leadership, problem solving, and excellent verbal and written communication skills required

Coal Trader

Job desc :

• Sourcing and evaluate potential Coal buyer
• Develop coal trading business and managed sales operations
• Participate to the import and export flows in and out of Asia pacific
• Building & maintaining good relationship with business partners.

Qualifications:

• Degree in International Trade
• Related with 2-5 years of coal trading or operations experience is preferred
• Willing to travel on a regular base
