HRD MANAGER 

with specifications below :

1. Bachelor Degree / S1 (Law / Psychology / HR Management) from reputable university
2. Having Experience as HRD Manager minimum 5 years, preferebly from General Contractor Company
3. Maximum age 45 years old
4. Understanding labor law & able to overcome the problems of employment
5. Able to work independently & with a disciplined team
6. Strategic Thinking & excellent in leadership
7. Able to speak english
8. Placement in Bontang, East Borneo
9. Able to join as soon as possible
