BELL BOY

Qualifications :

• Male Max. 27 years old
• Have Driving License A
• Min. 1 (One) years experience at related position
• Flexibility to work in shift and ability to work under pressure
• Understanding and knowing about POI (Point of Interest) Balikpapan city
• Good Communication, Good looking, Outstanding grooming and Attitude

Job Summary :

• Responsible to Greet and welcome all guest to the hotel and relieve guests of their luggage on arrival
• Checks the daily arrival list for VVIP's or guests with special need.

WAITRESS

Qualifications :

• Female Max. 23 years old
• Flexibility to work in shifts and ability to work under pressure
• Good Communication, Good looking, Outstanding grooming and Attitude

Job Summary :

• Ensure that all guest are served to the hotels standard in the restaurant, bar, and lounge areas.
• Takes order for, serves food and beverages to guests as per the hotels standards in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner.

LAUNDRY ATTENDANT

Qualifications :

• Male Max. 27 years old
• Min. 1 (one) years experience at related position
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good Communication, Good looking, Outstanding grooming and Attitude

Job Summary :

• Responsible to ensure that all laundry services for the hotels guests is done as per the standard policies and is met on time.
• Responsible for laundry collection from guest rooms, dry-cleaning, washing, drying, pressing and folding of guest's laundry along with other hotel linen.

SPA THERAPIST

Qualifications :

• Female Max. 27 years old
• Min. 1 (one) Years experience at related position
• Good looking, Outstanding grooming and Attitude

Job Summary :

• Handling all massages as per the hotels operational and treatment standards.
• Responsible for all massages and treatment related activities, and for the safety of the guests in the massages room.

OPERATOR TELEPHONE

Qualifications :

• Female Max. 23 years old
• Good Communication skill (English)
• Good looking, Outstanding grooming and Attitude

Job Summary :

• Speaks clearly, distinctly, and with a friendly, courteous tone. Uses listening skills to put callers at ease and obtains accurate, complete information.
• Answers incoming calls and directs them to guest rooms through the telephone console or to hotel personnel or departments.
