Our client, a company that is developing in Bontang currently needs potential, energetic and reliable candidates to move forward and develop with the company.

ASSISTANT MANAGER - ACCOUNTING 

Responsibilities :

• Support and liaise with management in meeting the strategic goals of the organisation.
• Verifying all financial reports and ensuring that all transactions are accurate and in compliance with local government regulations.
• Plan, develop dan control the accounting functions in the company in a comprehensive and timely manner to assist companies in decision making processes in costing.
• Manage the accounting functions in data processing that companies need accurate and timely.
• Plan and coordinate the preparation of the company’s budget and control the use of the budget to ensure that funds are spent effectively and efficiently in supporting the activities of the company operational
• Plan and coordinate the development of systems and procedures for accounting and control their implementation to ensure all processes and financial transactions running in an orderly and organized, as well as financial risk.

Requirements :

• Age maximum 40 years old
• Education minimum S1- Finance / Accounting
• Have a minimum of 5 years experience
• Proficient operate computer MS Office & MYOB Program
• Proficient in tax handling (eSPT PPh21/23/25/4.2/efaktur)
• Proficient in Budgeting & Financial Analysis
• Honest, skilled and responsible
• Able to work in team and individual
• Understand accounting cycle, accounting journal & Financial Analysis
• Required langguage: Indonesia &, English
• Thorough, loyal, can work under pressure
