PT Indexim Coalindo

PT Indexim Coalindo is a Coal Mining Company with the head office located in Central Jakarta and the field located in East Kalimantan. Currently, we are looking for candidates for several positions with the following requirements:

SALES DOMESTIC

Main Responsibilities:

• Finding new domestic costumers
• Maintain account with existing domestic customer, including the sales administration document and payment collection
• Prepare shipping document as per LC requirement, submit shipping document to Bank/Buyer
• Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly shipping schedule.
• Daily Vessel monitoring with Buyer and Shipping Agent.
• Preparing monthly shipment report.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma 3 – preferred Bachelor Degree from reputable university.
• Minimum 5 years experience in area of Coal Industry in Shipping and Sales Domestic.
• Understand about coal handling and coal mining operations, barging and transsipment activities
• Having experience in mid scale coal mining company.
• Expert in shipping documentations.
• Jakarta based.

SR. MANAGER RESOURCES GEOLOGIST

Main Responsibilities:

• Managing Exploration Activity (Drilling/ Logging).
• Maintain geological database and laboratory analysis.
• Geological model updating for company resources statement.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Geological Science.
• Minimum 10 years experience in area of geology.
• Having skills in resources 3D Modelling, JORC Resources Estimation report, Technical due diligent, Exploration Management, Research – Analysis and Mentoring Geologist Staff.
• Jakarta based.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop new project to enhance operational efficiency in the company.
• Conducting study & analysis for the opening of new deposit both for short or long term.
• Conducting study & analysis for the possibility of acquiring new projects.
• Project scheduling and project forecasting.
• Project reporting, project evaluation, lobbying project and project facilitating.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable university.
• Minimum 10 years working experience in mining industry (Coal process experience preferred).
• Jakarta based.

MANAGER PORT

Main Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage port operation
• To ensure safe and efficient Production of Coal handling facility operations in order to maximize cargo delivery from port to ship.
• Planning and scheduling of maintenance and operation of CHF Facility to maximize utilization of port capacity.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical – Electrical, Administration.
• Minimum 10 years experience in the area of material management and Port Operation.
• Having skills in Administration, Mechanical/ Electrical Maintenance, Logistic/Cargo Management and External Relation.
• Willing to work in roster schedule.
• Located in East Kalimantan.

Maintenance Superintendent

Main Responsibilities:

• To ensure machines and tools are ready to use.
• Planning and scheduling of maintenance and coordinate implementation of service and overhaul.
• Controlling spare part and supporting material.
• Contractor monitoring.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 10 years experience in the area of maintenance of heavy equipment.
• Having skill in maintenance business process.
• Certified AFA I & AFA II (Applied Failure Analysis), HEMM (Heavy Equipment Maintenance Management).
• Willing to work in roster schedule.
• Located in East Kalimantan.

Specialist Standard & Procedure (SOP)

Main Responsibilities:

• Identify problem system and making a solution of the problem.
• Designing and communicating SOP.
• Monitoring and evaluate system on working procedure.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 3 years in area of system and procedure.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
• Having skill in computer operations (Word, Excel, and Visio).
• Having skill to design operational system and procedure on writing and picture.
• Jakarta based.

Internal Audit Supervisor

Main Responsibilities:

• Correcting/auditing SOP and financial on the company.
• Reporting results.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 3 years in area of audit.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
• Having skill in computer operations.
• Having skill in auditing SOP, financial and audit operation.
• Jakarta based.

Staff Tax

Main Responsibilities:

• Calculate and compile monthly report of VAT & Income Tax (PPn & PPh).
• Calculate and compile report of SPT agency.
• Updating and implementing tax regulation in the company.
• Reconsile PPn & PPh with GL.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 3 years in area of tax.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Tax Administration.
• Good Knowledge of taxes regulations and tax administration.
• Jakarta based.
