• Working knowledge of HACCP, inventory system and culinary skills.
• Ability to support the Executive Chef in developing new dishes based on the trends.
• Well-groomed and a can-do attitude.

• Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role within an international hotel brand.
• Adaptable to fast-paced and dynamic environments; previous experience working in a remote area is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Strong network with hotel vendors, especially in Kalimantan area.
• Good administration skills and proficient with MS Programs.
• Familiarity with FutureLog will be an advantage.
• A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Physically able to stand and walk for extended periods.
