Risk Assesment Specialist

Job Descriptions

• Coordinate and manage hazard identification, risk assessment in all department (especially in marine areas)
• Make an annual company risk assessment plan
• Coordinate the execution and monitoring of company objective, targets and programs

General Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree majoring in K3, Mining Engineer and Industrial Engineer
2. Have minimum 2 years experience in related positon
3. Experience in handing Management Risk and K3L Management System
4. Experience in shipping transportation is preferable
5. Good analytical skills and mastering problem analysis techniques
6. Good communication and negotiation skill
7. Excellent in MS Office
8. Willing to be located in Berau, East Kalimantan with on-leave periodic in 6 months : 2 weeks.

Senior Industrial Specialist

Job Descriptions

• Ensure and control industrial relation practice & process running comply with laws and regulation (PKB, SK Direksi & PP).
• Communicate and coordinate with Labor Union representative, Department Head, HR contractor representative to create harmonious industrial relation.
• Socialize empolyment regulations that contained in regulation, PKB, SK Direksi, etc.
• Diciplinary enforcement, counseling, and giving support to employee in regards regulation implementation.
• Create and maintain good relation with agencies (Disnaker, Apindo, etc).
• Create weekly and monthly report related to industrial relation.
• Handle employment dispute, both bipartied and 3rd partied.

General Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree majoring in Law or HR Management.
2. Have minimum 10 years of experience in handling industrial relation in manufacturing and mining industries.
3. Experience in handing negotiation PKB and managing trade unions
4. Deep knowledge in employee regulation specially UU No. 13 / 2003 related labour and UU No. 2 / 2004 related PPHI
5. Good analytical skills and mastering problem analysis techniques
6. Good communication and negotiation skill.
7. Excellent in MS Office.
8. Hold PERADI would be benefical.
9. Willing to be located in Berau, East Kalimantan with on-leave periodic in 6 months : 2 weeks.

Civil Engineer

Job Descriptions

• The incumbent will make an annual planning and budget plan for construction project based on company’s policy

General Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
• At least 1-2 years of experience in project management, both planning and controlling project
• Advance in using Ms.Office
• Willing to be located in Berau, East Kalimantan with periodic on leave: 6 months-2 weeks
