PT Indexim Coalindo is a Coal Mining Company with the head office located in Central Jakarta and the field located in East Kalimantan. Currently, we are looking for candidates for several positions with the following requirements:
 

Fixed Plant Senior Mechanic

Main Responsibilities:

• Follow all SMKP program and company environment policy.
• Responsible himself and his colleague twork safely and environmental minded.
• Conduct regular inspection.
• Report all finding which potentially can stop production tmechanical supervisor.
• Dimmediate action if any safety concern or further potential damage of company asset found.
• Proactive tgive solution tprevent reoccurring work.
• Complete all task of planned maintenance.
• Report daily activities tmechanical supervisor.
• Complete other job which requested by his supervisor.
• Give advice and option treduce maintenance and operating cost.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum graduated from mechanical engineering of polytechnic.
• Minimum has 3 years experience on fixed plant maintenance.
• Hold type A driving license.
• Hold welding certificate.
• Minimum 25-30 years old.
• Preferably Male
• Capable tdrive a light vehicle.
• Capable twork on day shift and night shift, 12 hours per shift.
• Capable twork as a team.
• Capable twork on target.
• Capable tweld and cut.
• Capable tassemble and disassemble gearboxes.
• Capable twork at height.

Fixed Plant Mechanical Supervisor

• Hold type B2 driving license.
• Hold welding certificate.
• Competence toperate 25 ton crane.
• Capable tdrive a light truck.
• Capable twork as a team.
• Capable twork on target.
• Capable tweld and cut.
• Capable tassemble and disassemble gearboxes.
• Capable twork at height.
• Capable tuse Microsoft Office.
• Capable tcreate JSA, SOP.
   

Fixed Plant Senior Electrician

Main Responsibilities:

• Follow all SMKP program and company environment policy.
• Responsible himself and his colleague twork safely and environmental minded.
• Conduct regular inspection.
• Report all finding which potentially can stop production tmechanical supervisor.
• Dimmediate action if any safety concern or further potential damage of company asset found.
• Proactive tgive solution tprevent reoccurring work.
• Complete all task of planned maintenance.
• Report daily activities tmechanical supervisor.
• Complete other job which requested by his supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Capable twork on PLC and Scada.
• Capable twork on generator set.
• Capable twork on 20 kilVolt transformer.
• Capable twork on power station and synchronizing system.
• Capable twork at height.
• Ncolor blind.
   

Mining Operation Support

Main Responsibilities:

• Complete SMKP’s document which is IBPR and the procedure for every operational mining activities.
• Work together with HSE department for creating SMKP’s document for a job that has not been listed in IBPR or SMKP’s procedure.
• Make sure that every working area have been freed and have the license of land’s usage of the company’s internal and external.
• Supervise and control the mining operation and transportation in the company’s environment.
• Analyze the cost of operational tmatch with the budget and create potential cost reductions.
• Make reports and mining operational evaluation related with monthly target achievements, whether the production result or use of fees.
• Included but not limited tthe all of the points above:
  • Land clearing in pit area and disposal
  • Detonation activity and excavation of soils/rocks
  • Cleaning and coal mining
  • Waste distance of soil materials/rocks
  • Landfill of rocks or soils in the disposal area
  • Makes drainage and dewatering inside and around the pit and disposal area.
  • Finalization of mine’s wall
  • Finalization of disposal, recontouring, and stocking of top soil
  • Construction of supporting facility, such as: road, settling pond, stockpile, and other facilities

Job Requirements:

• Graduated from mining engineering, geology, or civil engineering (minimum 2 years experience)
• Graduated from high school (minimum 7 years of experience)
• Capable twork in tight schedule and vey high volume
• Have a good communication and negotiation skills
• Capable in working in a team.
• Capable twork in pressure.
• Have a good technical skills and a good commercial.
• Have experience as first/ middle operations supervisor.
• Have the knowledge of operating heavy tools.
• Have the skill of analyzing the mining cost.
