PT Indexim Coalindo is a Coal Mining Company with the head office located in Central Jakarta and the field located in East Kalimantan. Currently, we are looking for candidates for several positions with the following requirements:

Manager Earth Work Project

Main Responsibilities:

• Managing and control Coal Production and Mining Operation from Pit to port.
• Deliver right coal product to customer in timely manner.
• Meet Budget Coal Production and Operational Cost from Pit to port.
• Ensure IC operation from Pit to Port, comply with safety policy and procedures.
• Ensure IC operation from Pit to Port, comply with environmental policy and procedures.
• Managing and control IC project development delivered on timely manner and cost effective.
• Sustainable development of Operation and technical staffs core skills to meet Company requirement.
• Sustanaible innovation and continuous improvement for maximize coal extraction with effective cost to produce coal.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Mine Engineer – General Mining
• Minimum 10 years experience in area of Management in Mine Operation and Mining Contracting Business.
• Having skills in Managing and Controlling Coal Production, Technical Mining, Safety Operation and Development of Technical-Operational Team.
• POM – Certificate.
• POU – Certificate.
• Located in East Kalimantan.
