FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER (FBM)

Qualifications :

• Max. 40 years old Min. Diploma degree's in hotel and restaurant
• Min. Four (4) years experience at related position (4 or 5 star Hotel)
• Strong personality, polite, organize, has leadership skills And is able to build good lasting relationship with others especially customers

Job Description :

• Responsible for managing operations of all Food and Beverage
• Outlets to deliver an excellent guest and member experience
• Responsible for optimizing sales and maximizing F&B Revenue in order To earn profit to cover the given budget.
